From Michelin Star restaurants, such as, Restaurante Riff, located in Carrer Conde Altea, Number 18, to more tapas/pinchos style Tabernas, such as, Taberna El Rojo, located in Carrer del Literato Azorin number 10.  Also, Valencia has their own traditional drink called Horchata which is made with Tigernuts and it is normally accompanied with Fartones, traditional confectionery sweet. The most traditional and well known place by Valencians to have this refreshing drink is located in Plaça de Santa Caterina number 6 in Horchateria Santa Catalina.

The tradition started when Carpenters used to burn pieces of wood to welcoming the spring. Nowadays, this wood been transformed into human-looking feature that it set on fire every 19th of March, no before the celebration from the 1st of March of fireworks, music, emotive religious performances,etc. Being from the 15th of March until the 19th of March the big days to visit the city. In 2016 the Fallas of Valencia became Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

The Architecture of Valencia is so vast that you could find from Roman ruins to futuristic architecture. Visit the Cathedral of Valencia, built under Roman and an old Mosque ruins you will find the Holy Grail and the tower bell called Miguelete where you will find one of the best views of the city if you are brave enough to climb the 207 steps to the top. The Cathedral of Valencia is located in Plaça de l’Almoina. Also, a must visit will be the Serrano and Quart towers the only remains of the antique walled city of Valencia. Serrano towers are located in Carrer dels Serrans number 31 and Quart towers are located in Plaça de Santa Úrsula number 1. The most iconic architecture buildings in the city are located at the end of the former riverbed of the Turia River and is the City of Art and Science. These buildings has been the film location for Disney film Tomorrowland and a few ads through the years. The City of Art and Science are located in Avenida del Professor López Piñero number 7.
